3. Regulated and Sensitive Data
The Service is not configured by default for payment card data, protected health information, children’s data, biometric identifiers, classified information, export-controlled technical data, or other regulated data. Do not submit these data categories unless Portal has expressly agreed in writing to support them for your account and the necessary legal and security terms are in place.
4. Your Applications and End Users
If you build an application, workflow, product, or integration using the Service, you are responsible for:
- your end users’ use of that application;
- providing required notices, consents, safety disclosures, and human review;
- maintaining your own terms, privacy policy, and abuse controls;
- ensuring your application does not violate this AUP; and
- promptly responding to abuse, security, privacy, and legal requests relating to your application.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend, throttle, revoke, or terminate access, keys, credits, codes, payouts, or accounts with or without notice for any violation of this AUP, the Terms, law, payment rules, sanctions/export requirements, or platform integrity requirements. We may also remove or disable content, preserve evidence, report activity to appropriate authorities, or cooperate with legal process where required or appropriate.
